Your information is used solely to quote, confirm and deliver your transport, to assign a driver and vehicle, and to contact you about your trip. We may keep booking records for accounting and dispute purposes.
Sharing
We share the minimum necessary details with the driver assigned to your trip. We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for marketing.
Security
Booking data is stored on secured, access-controlled infrastructure. Only authorised TravelPath staff can view booking records.
Your rights (POPIA)
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us.
