Bookings
A booking is only confirmed once TravelPath has acknowledged it by phone, email or WhatsApp. Quoted prices are valid for the stated route, date and vehicle.
Pricing
Airport and popular-route prices are fixed and include tolls and airport parking unless stated otherwise. Additional stops, extended waiting time and route changes may be charged separately.
Waiting time
We include 60 minutes of free waiting time for international arrivals and 30 minutes for domestic arrivals. Thereafter waiting time is charged per 15 minutes.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 12 hours before pickup are free of charge. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the fare.
Passenger conduct
Seat belts must be worn at all times. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Drivers may end a trip where passenger behaviour is unsafe or unlawful.
Liability
All vehicles are licensed and insured. TravelPath is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control such as weather, traffic incidents or road closures.
